Redeker Rentals provides tents, tables, chairs, linens, dancefloors, cooking equipment and more to Western Massachusetts, southern Vermont and southern New Hampshire. We can provide everything except the porta potties. From a small bridal shower or graduation party to a full scale wedding for 250 we can do it all with friendly, helpfull service and at a fair price!

For 19 years Paul Redeker Rental company has been providing quality white tents to Greenfield, MA, Amherst, MA, Northampton, MA, Brattleboro, VT, and Jaffrey, NH. We even travel to the Springfield, MA, area, the Berkshires, and Central Mass. I hope this website will help you to plan your next event.

Since we work into the night and on Sundays, we are able to work on time-sensitive events. We try to make the entire rental process as simple and stress-free as possible. From the first phone call to the takedown of the event, I am personally involved in every step of your special event. Your requests take first priority, but we can also assist you if you need guidance. We strive to make party rentals the easiest part of your event planning.

We expand our inventory every year. In 2017 we introduced The Stillwater tent. This sail cloth pole tent provides ultra translucent fabric, beautiful lines and rounded ends. We are the only tent company in the area to provide this style of tent. We offer sailcloth tents in 44' x 63' and 44' x 83'. We are also pleased to bring Farm Tables to our inventory. Available 8' long with accompanying benches. New for 2024 is square white dinner plates,a 4 globe 8'tall lamp post

Our experience has covered hundreds of events of every style. We would love to be part of your special day. Thank you to our custo,9' x 10' marquee tents, glass pitchers and roll top chafers. We will be charging a fuel charge for all orders on top of the rental pricing.

Helpful Tips:

Frame Tents utilize an aluminum framework to support the tent fabric. This design eliminates the need for center poles. It requires less staking, and the stakes can be anchored closer to the tent. Another advantage is that it can also be installed on driveways, concrete and "tight-spot" locations. Except fot the High-Peak Frame Tents they have a square look to the top fabric. Great for backyard parties, over decks, festivals and graduations.

Pole Tents are the "typical" tent with center poles to support the fabric. It requires many stakes anchored several feet from the tent edge. They have the sweeping look of the high-peak tent in a slightly less dramatic form. They are great for weddings and other formal events

High-Peak Tents are pole tents with taller center poles. They also have thicker and tighter tent top fabric. This creates a bigger and more elaborate feel inside and outside the tent. Their design is also advantageous in higher wind locations. They are great for weddings and other formal event.
